THE PLACE FOR SEED AND FORAGE INNOVATION

PURE SEED, TOP PERFORMANCE™

Here's a little info about our innovations and how we developed the best food plots on the market:

We invented the WORLD'S
FIRST
ROUNDUP
READY
FOOD PLOT.

Soybean with all the essential Amino Acids and up to 42% leaf protein - build bigger, better deer.

We increased the LEAF
SUGAR

Universities of Maryland and Delaware found that Eagle Forage soybeans contain more total sugar, fructose and glucose and are preferred by deer over other soybeans.

We invented the
WORLD'S
FIRST
ROUNDUP
READY FORAGE SOYBEAN™

Capable of producing up to 10 tons of food per acre
- Southern Illinois University

We invented the
WORLD'S
FIRST
ROUNDUP READY
CLIMBING™
SOYBEAN

Far superior branching gives you more leaves and more food per acre.

We developed the
BIGGEST LEAVES

Up to 3 times
the leaf area

We Invented the "Greens and Beans"™ SYSTEM

Growing a fall food plot over a standing spring food plot maximizes food per acre and builds deer faster.

We developed plants that STAY GREEN
LONGER.

Gives you 4 to 8 weeks more feeding time and more protein. Deer prefer green leaf tissue. Competitor's variety is in the center and because their bean is so early, it is beginning to shatter.

Our plants have
MORE REGROWTH

Check out the exclusion cage. Other soybeans don't stand a chance under these conditions.

We DOUBLED THE NODES

Nodes are where the branches come off of the plant.
A normal soybean has 18-22, we have up to 38.
That makes for MORE: branches, leaves and tonnage.

A little bit about how Eagle Seed Company got started:

Eagle Seed Company was founded in 1976. Our founder, Dr. George Berger, saw a real need for premium, quality seeds. Dr. Berger was an outstanding soybean and wheat breeder and released scores of high-yielding varieties.

For forty years, Eagle Seed has been developing and battle-testing our varieties in the toughest growing sites and the highest yielding environments to provide the best combination of yield and disease resistance. We have conducted research across the United States with numerous institutions, universities and farm organizations. Our staff includes professional crop consultants, farmers, and geneticists with master's degrees, PhDs, and crop related certifications. When you call us, you are able to get great advice and help right away.

We got our start in university variety development and testing of soybean, rice, and wheat cultivars. We are still developing and testing today. We have a reputation for creating excellent crop varieties with high yields. We also give you more tonnage for your food plot, pasture or farm. We've been innovating for a long time. The first rice hybrids developed in the US, were made on our farm.

Whether its clover or corn, we make sure what we offer is premium quality and will perform. We offer award winning Roundup Ready, Dicamba, conventional, forage, natto, edamame, and other specialty soybeans ranging from group 0 to group 8. That's more maturities and plant types than any other soybean breeding company.

Today, Eagle Seed is most known for releasing numerous crop soybeans with very high yields and inventing the Roundup Ready Forage bean market, providing massive tonnage, and making bigger and better plants.

Here are a few snaps from our research plots:

We use our forage harvesters, combines, plot planters, leaf area indicators, threshers, and other equipment to research products for years before it comes to market.
