Important Notice
Shipping/order issues must be reported at the time of delivery and marked on carrier documentation. DO NOT SIGN UNLESS YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR SHIPMENT (otherwise you’ve personally agreed in writing that it is in perfect condition, and we cannot undo your signature). We will need a copy of the freight delivery receipt showing where you noted the damage/shortage in front of the driver, before we can help. Let us know if you need a liftgate or inside delivery before purchase. If you use an extra service, the freight company will need more money to cover it and we may need to charge your credit card for the difference.
