Fall Food Plot Planting:

We recommend planting Eagle Seed’s fall-season crops 45 to 60 days before the first expected frost in the region. You can delay planting if you don’t have good soil moisture and more in the forecast. Harper’s Blend and R&R Blend are better for later planting.

These seeds can be broadcast over the top of a standing summer plot, leaving food for your deer, year-round. Keeping food year-round not only improves deer herd size, it is the best way to improve your deer body weight, and antler mass. Any of these products also makes an exceptional cover crop, or crop for grazing cattle. We’ve chosen the highest yielding, highest protein, plants we can find and we are always researching and developing the best products with you in mind.
